MENTAL CLUTTER CLEARING

Hello everybody, hope you're enjoying the summer! This is just a quick note to remind you of an absolutely essential declutter area: the expectations we have of ourselves - that's a place crammed far too full!! Don't try and multitask yourself to sanity - kick out the inner perfectionist instead and congratulate yourself on what you have achieved so far. Sit down with a nice cup of tea and dwell on the people, events and things you're grateful for. Slow down. Shortcut to happiness: count your blessings!
And here an uplifting quote on what clutter clearing can do for you:
"As I made my way through each room of the house, I was amazed by what I found. I couldn't believe I had 'saved' so much! Each time I threw something out I imagined that I was letting go of old stuff that was keeping me stuck. And, over time, as my home became less and less cluttered, I noticed that I had more space for friends, experiences and opportunities.
I can't tell you how many times letting go of a box of old books or files led to a new business opportunity or new friendship. Decluttering my home was a yearlong process that completely changed my life. I got so used to being rewarded when I let go of things that held old energy that it became a kind of game." - Connor
Love and best wishes to all of you!
Birgit
